Looking to start your career in Business Administration? Leicester Information & Legal Advice Centre (LILAC) is looking for a business admin assistant to support the company on a social enterprise project, providing assistance to the general public. 

In this 14 week traineeship, you will gain office skills and the essential knowledge needed to work in this sector.  You will learn how to help with clerical, administration and secretarial support for high quality research and projects whilst making a real difference to the community. 

The appropriate candidate will be an organised individual with good communication skills. They will also be comfortable using I.T. and will have a polite telephone manner. You will also enjoy working in an office environment and will be enthusiastic, curious, and passionate in making a difference to those around you. 

You must have grades A-E in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent to be considered. If you do not hold GCSE’s A-C in Maths and English, you will work towards a functional skills qualification at the appropriate level. 

Full Employability, Administration and Office Applications training will also be attained, which will help you in gaining and sustaining a role following the programme. Those that show high potential will also have the opportunity to explore other opportunities, including team leading.
