A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join a well established and successful law firm in Glasgow City Centre. The ideal candidate will be able to represent the organisation well and provide exceptional support to the wider team

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking up mail at the start of the day

- Covering Reception greeting clients and booking them in

- Answering all calls to the office, handling enquiries and where relevant transferring to other colleagues

- Deliveries

- Collecting mail from staff

- Liaising with all departments

- Logging mail and taking out at end of the day

- Working with client management system (Lawware) to access and update client details

- Closing files down at the end of transaction and archiving

- General administrative duties as and when required

- Full training will be provided

Required Skills:

- A professional and polite manner

- Good communication skills both written and verbal

- Someone with an enthusiastic, can do attitude and desire to progress

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work well as part of a team

Additional Information: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 £10,000

Future Career Progression:Should you perform well you will have the opportunity to be promoted up to Administrative support, communicating with clients, writing letters, liaising with Estate Agents and directly assisting Paralegals and Solicitors. From here there is opportunity to move into a Paralegal role.

As the role develops and you are exposed to more in an Administrative Support or Paralegal role your salary will be reflective of these additional responsibilities. This will be discussed with your Manager at this time.
