Business Administration Apprentice

Employer: Greenfix Soil Stabilisation & Erosion Control Limited

Duties: 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and general reception duties, including meeting prep and greeting guests
  • Supporting Sales, Marketing and Accounts departments when required
  • Order Processing and Communication
  • Management of Stock List including booking stock in and out
  • Inputting of data into company CRM system
  • Create and distribute POD’s
  • Assisting in the picking and distribution of stock from our warehouse
  • Post – organising and posting any letters / parcels
  • Processing Card Payments
  • Stationary – monitoring and ordering all stationary
  • Produce customer quotations for all Greenfix Products when required
  • Work as part of the team and help improve business performance
  • Develop other initiatives to help grow the business income and profitability
  • Follow company sales procedures at all times

Weekly wage: £187.50

Working week:  Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 17:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Total hours per week: 37.50

Expected duration: 2 years
