Administrative support for property management company based in Ruislip.
This role is dedicated to ensuring that comprehensive records are maintained, processing of all paperwork, updating company software and ensuring quality of after-sale service for property management requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating company software
- Answering incoming calls
- Customer Service Support
- Appointment arranging / liaising
- Chasing invoice / rent payments
- Producing letters
- Basing bank reconciliation
- Scanning paperwork / handling documents
- File preparation / updating
Qualifications Required: 5 GCSE's at grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
