Water Environmental Treatment Limited (W.E.T) are one of the most well established water treatment companies in the UK - providing water hygiene and Legionella prevention services to over 2000 sites throughout the UK since 1992, the same year the first edition of ACoP L8 was published.

Our experience ranges from 500 Legionella risk assessments for a national blue chip company to basic remedial works such as removing deadlegs. This depth of service is complimented by being related to one of the UK's leading tank manufacturers, extending our capability to include full tank replacement and refurbishment works, undertaken cost effectively and to high quality standards.

Job Description
The primary function of the apprentice will be to support the sales team by ensuring that the administration function for all sales activities are completed efficiently to measurable targets.

It is also expected that the apprentice will support the customer service coordination function of the business when needed.

Responsibilities and duties
The tasks of the Business Administrator include but are not limited to:

  • Producing quotations
  • Inputting data
  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making proactive calls
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • CRM management
  • Creating reports
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Photocopying
  • Attending Internal Meetings

Qualifications required
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths ( or equivalents)at grade D or above

40 hours per week
