Job Description

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual for a Business Admin Apprentice position with our young, dynamic company based in the Watford area.



Main role/responsibilities

  • Maintain social media channels for one or more of the Group' s companies
  • Learn about the Medical profession and qualifications which are required for various types of clinician
  • Develop, post and maintain advertising channels for the Sales teams
  • Maintain social media channels for one or more of the Group' s companies
  • Maintain, tidy and add to the candidate database of the Company
  • Liaising with suppliers and processing orders and purchases
  • Reporting sales figures to the team and the directors
  • Learn about the Medical profession and qualifications which are required for various types of clinician
  • Identify and add roles and business opportunities to the system
  • Work alongside Recruitment Consultants to support their sales, with an opportunity to earn commission in some instances
  • Work with relevant departments, 3rd parties and trading partners
  • Participate in meetings


Desired Qualities
  • Quick learner with a desire to build their own career structure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation skills and be willing to learn
  • Good initiative and understanding of a support function
  • Ability to work well in a team environment


Qualifications required

The candidate will have at least 5 GCSE' s ( C and above)including Maths and English and will be excited to begin a career with a growing company.



Working week

Monday-Friday, 8: 45am to 6pm

41.15hrs per week



Salary

GBP 5.50 per hour with potential for increase to GBP 7.50 per hour after 6 months subject to performance.

Potential forsalary increase at end of apprenticeship subject to performance.
