Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship

Duties: 

  • Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
  • Weekly stationery inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
  • Photocopying, binding and filing all company documents
  • Helping company employees with email correspondence
  • Managing filing system and recording information as needed
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Be prepared to have the on-call some weekends, when trained

Weekly wage: £135.00

Working week:  Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 4.00pm - 1 hour break. Once apprentice feels confident enough then they will have phone every other weekend. Hours spent working will be paid for.

Total hours per week: 30.00

Expected duration: 2 years

Possible start date: 01 September 2020
