Business Apprentice with JLL 

Weekly Wage: £255.90  

Hours per week: 35



You will gain experience in:

  • Data input and analysis
  • Handling telephone queries
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings for your team
  • Handling and processing team expenses
  • Document production
  • Supporting business meetings and minute taking
  • Market research
  • Database and systems management
  • Diary management
  • Attending marketing or team related events as appropriate, as well as getting involved in different projects for your team as you gain experience
  • Assisting receptionist - meeting and greeting clients/answer phone calls

General admin duties, including filing, scanning documents, collecting and franking post   


Qualifications required: 

English and Maths GCSEs Grade A*-C or equivalent qualifications. 


Skills required: 

  • Logical thinker and highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate- MS Office suite – web or social media experience an advantage

Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information 


Future Prospects: 

Upon successful completion of this Apprenticeship there is a possibility of being employed on a full-time permanent contract.

Training Provided: 

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will undertake the new apprenticeship standard – Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses.  Apprenticeship duration is approximately 12-18 months.
