About the role
The role will form part of the Support Team. A cross functional team supporting all areas of National Office. Each individual will pick up sole responsibilities in time dependent on skills.
There are several major projects under way which require support and will allow opportunity to consider future specialisms in areas such as Marketing and Innovation.
Examples of day to day tasks will include but not limited to:
Administration of all training events including looking after the on-line booking system, sending our reminder emails, sending out all pre-couse work, and summarising all course evaluations. The individual will be responsible for setting up training rooms for in-house training events
This role will involve supporting the Franchise offices with the management of their Learning Management System.
Keeping all relevant training records up to date and providing training stats on a monthly basis for the board report.

About the Training
Over the course of 18 months, you will study topics such as understanding an organisation, regulations, policies & processes/procedures, aspects of project management, how to manage performance, planning, organisation & decision making skills, quality and process improvement, business fundamentals and IT & external environmental factors (these subjects may differ).
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve a Level 3 certification.
