Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Capita Worksforme are offering an exciting Traineeship with The Contact Company in Birkenhead. This valuable Traineeship is working towards an Inbound Customer Service Adviser role which gives you in-depth training to help you upskill, gain confidence and aimed at giving you the best chance of gaining employment within a reputable company within the telecommunications industry.

Our Traineeship will give you:

  • Classroom Training - Four-weeks classroom training to develop your knowledge of customer service and the Contact Company as a business. We will provide you with support to help you develop your customer service and interview techniques skills

  • Work Experience - After successful completion of the classroom training, you will join The Contact Company for three-weeks work experience which will help you

Inbound Customer Adviser objective and responsibility:

The key objective for an Inbound Customer Service Adviser at The Contact Company is to take calls from customers regarding the delivery of their products they are have ordered.

The main tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails regarding their purchases

  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

  • Provide customers with product and service information

  • Enter new customer and update existing customer information into system

  • Process orders, forms and applications

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

  • Complete call logs and produce call reports

  • A clear and friendly telephone voice

  • Good computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good teamwork skills

  • Able to work unsupervised

  • Able to work quickly and under pressure

  • Must have professional attitude which dealing with customers
