What will you be doing?
Over the course of this 46 week year in industry internship, you'll be working alongside our Optimisation team with the aim of delivering an optimisation or change project. Working with various stakeholders to implement process improvements to drive and deliver efficiency benefits, you'll gain a greater understanding of the Source to Tap process, including the assets and operations used for the extraction of water from the natural environment to the point at which it is consumed and delights our customers.
You'll also be responsible for investigating process improvements and maintaining the implementation of best practice.
For the majority of the internship you will be based at our office in Huntingdon, although some travel will be required to visit other offices.
What do you need?
- Currently studying a degree in Project Management, Business Studies, Change Management, Communication or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate great communication skills
- A real team player who can build strong working relationships quickly
- Analytical skills
- A driving licence and the flexibility to travel around the region as required
