Are you ready to flaunt your social skills in a role that involves working with a wide range of customers to help grow the company's excellent reputation?

In a single day, you could welcome new clients, gather details relevant to existing claims, and facilitate final settlements with vendors. From time to time, you will even discuss claims with third party organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to become multi-skilled, from enhancing your customer service abilities, to developing your administrative skills. By the end of it, you'll be prepared to work flexibly across a variety of functions within a business, making you an asset to employers.

You'll receive clearly structured training throughout the apprenticeship, and in-depth support to achieve your NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. You will also earn weekly wages of £139.

Investor Compensation is looking to take on someone who is passionate about supporting customers. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be patient, understanding, helpful, and positive. Good analytical skills are also advantageous, as you'll be need to develop a detailed understanding of the cases you're involved with.
