It could be a lost diamond ring. A water leak from the ceiling. Or a prang to the front of the beloved car.
With insurance claims, you never know what to expect next. It’s what makes working here so rewarding. Just as no two customers are the same, no two claims are either. You need your wits about you. You need to analyse and weigh the unique facts of each case. Then use your skill and judgement to decide on the right course of action.
As careers go, it’s amazingly satisfying. And on this 18-month apprenticeship, you’ll have the chance to experience it for yourself – with one of the world’s leading insurance companies.

At the same time, we will also sponsor and help you attain a valuable CII Certificate in Insurance Level 3 with:
- Classroom sessions and dedicated study time
- Talent coaches
- Textbooks and bespoke e-learning materials
- Buddy and senior leader mentors
