Client Services is the customer service point for direct clients.Through this apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to work across deparments for this international company. Working for a large international, blue chip company with lots of room for progression, and an impressive salary to boot.
This apprenticeship provides market leading customer service training, nurturing clients through their contract – including invoicing and preparation of direct client renewals and supporting direct channel account managers.
In this apprenticeship you will be studying for a recognised customer service qualification at Level 2, a highly sought after qualification by many employers.
Requirements: English and Maths GSCE at grade B or above.
Knowledge of Group and local systems, plus knowledge of Coface Credit Insurance.
The role involves inputting quality company and contact data in Coface systems and load broker submissions into CofaFlow and undertake associated activities until accepted by the Commercial team.
They are expected to be at the forefront of customer service for the direct client book and to encourage all employees to display the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Located in Watford, with an extremely impressive starting salary of £22,000.00Application closed
