Our apprenticeship schemes
We have been offering legal apprenticeships for numerous years and have an apprentice population in our Guildford, London and Manchester offices.
We have legal apprentices working within a range of litigation practice areas across the business, including marine, aviation, real estate, casualty, catastrophic losses and insurance. From day one, our legal apprentices are involved in high-value, meaningful matters for a range of our clients.
We offer paralegal, chartered legal executive and solicitor apprenticeships which are all accredited by CILEX (The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives).
What we offer
Our apprentices deal with various individuals and groups and will be supported to undertake recognised qualifications whilst gaining invaluable on-the-job experience. You’ll spend 20% of your time on off-the-job learning which equates to one day per week for study time.

You will receive comprehensive support from your supervisor, partner, HR mentor and CILEx throughout your apprenticeship.

You will need to be a team player, reliable, adaptable, conscientious, and able to work to instructions. We look for candidates with a minimum of 3 Cs at A-Level or above and GCSE grades A* to C/9-4 or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English. An A level in Law is desirable.
