This role will be based in our brand new, state-of-the-artco-working facilities in Shoreditch, London; with fantastic amenities andsupport services including a panoramic view of the London skyline with anoutside terrace, free refreshments, and conference rooms.

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills(written and verbal) and the ability to engage at all levels. This postrequires a highly motivated individual who is outcome focused with strong teamworking skills. Proficient IT skills are essential for this role and experienceof Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) would be beneficial. Full trainingwill be given for all inhouse systems.

Level 3 BusinessAdministration Assistant Apprenticeship Programme
As an apprentice, you will be a key member ofour Commercial Operations and HR teams, working alongside subject matterexperts delivering on meaningful projects that make a real difference insupporting the business.
You will have the opportunity to develop keyskills, gain valuable experiences, network with professionals across ourorganisation, all whilst receiving full support from a friendly team andstudying towards a fully funded, externally recognised qualification.
- Supporting the commercial operations and HR teams to ensure thesmooth day to day running of the organisation
- Organise and support on-site & virtual events led by theLearning & Development team
- Take a lead on supporting new employees joining the organisationand enhancing their onboarding experience
- Work alongside the executive director’s personal assistant tosupport key events across the organisation
- Gain an understanding of our systems, tools and processes we usewithin the business and HR department and applying them to required tasks
- Work alongside multiple departments across the business to helpfind simplification in what we do and how we do it…there is no such things as abad idea!
- Lead a range of projects within the company both internally and externally
A minimum of 6 GCSE ‘s at a grade 4 (C ) or above including Mathsand English
A minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent qualification
