A person with basic culinary skills and a flair for food, reliable, organised, punctual and passionate, team player will be considered a suitable person for our establishment.
40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days
Detailed Job Description:
The apprentice will be expected to execute detailed recipes as well as prepare ingredients in a kitchen environment. The apprentice will be under the supervision of the Head chef and trained to the highest skills possible.
To ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean
work within a fast paced environment
work with your head chef to develop culinary and baking skills
execute detailed recipes as well as prepare ingredients in a kitchen environment
demands attention to detail to ensure products and dishes are up to the Arapina levels of quality
This role will be suited to a focused and driven professionals at the early stages of their career.

We trade 7 days a week
The candidate will be required to work anytime on these days and hours on a shift basis, 5 days a week having two days off.
