Detailed Job Description:
Duties and daily tasks will include:
• This will involve working with pastry, bread, soup, vegetables. All foods fit the Commis Chef criteria.
• Helping to prepare a various range of dishes on site
• Presentation and plating up food
• Keeping work areas clean
• Working in accordance with health and safety
• Using a variety of cooking methods
• Flavour pairing
• Assisting the Head Chef with any other tasks
Passion for learning cooking
Good communication skills
• Keen to learn understanding instructions clearly.
• Good sense of humour
• Able to work under pressure.
• Clean and tidy.
