Requirements & Qualifications
You will need to have obtained or studying towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline, and have graduated by September 2020, as well as achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).

As a UX designer you will:
- Receive one-to-one mentoring and support. Gain training in digital design tools, techniques and methodologies
- Create high quality UX deliverables that drive successful project outcomes, including:
- wireframes and functional specifications
- interactive prototypes (across devices and interactive touchpoints)
- coherent, well-defined information structures
- personas, user scenarios and user journey maps
- content concepts
- Support design leads in the creation of design deliverables under tight client deadlines
- Apply a design-led approach to address client challenges
- Work well with other disciplines and as part of a diverse team of talents
- Understand and work well with outputs from user and stakeholder research, being able to synthesize insight to shape your design work and its outcomes
- Support the wider XD Studio in the creation of client ready presentations and pitch docs
- Always have an eye on the future and share inspiration and findings with the team
- Get involved with the wider XD Studio practice and participating in community events and activities outside of project work
