We are now recruiting for our next intake of Top Customer Service Employees to start on 14th June!
What will you be doing?
You will become part of a thriving team working closely with our customers to deliver an outstanding service and ensuring that our customers are delighted with everything that Anglian Water does. Your role will involve speaking to customers, on inbound telephone calls, and dealing with a range of queries, whilst ensuring their questions, issues and concerns are resolved first time, every time! You'll give them a fantastic experience that ensures they remember Anglian Water for all the right reasons.
What do you need?
To be successful within this role you need to have a genuine care and passion for helping customers. You'll need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, and enjoy lots of interaction with your colleagues and our customers. This is an exciting time for the Water industry and for Anglian Water in particular, and we're looking for great people like you to help us continue delivering something special.
In return, we offer a permanent, full time, contract with a competitive annual salary of £19,679. The Care Centre is open 7 days a week, 7:30 - 21:00 Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 20:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 Sundays, so you will work to a variety of different shifts across this window. Please note the successful candidates will have their Induction Day on Friday 14th June, followed by a 3 week training Programme starting on 17th June. No annual leave is permitted during this period.
