British Gas is recruiting Customer Service Advisors for our Manchester call centre, where
we provide the high standard of care that British Gas customers expect. With customer
service experience, excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to meet

Various full time shifts available between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am -6pm
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take incoming calls and deal with customer queries
that range from bills and payments to more challenging issues. Using your communication,
listening and keyboard skills, you can provide a tailored service, and build relationships with
your customers to ensure their complete satisfaction. We are looking for confident people who
