Customer Service Apprentice

  • Answering incoming customers’ questions/enquiries by telephone or face-to-face and passing relevant information to the manager.
  • Meeting and greeting clients at main reception
  • Initial handling and recording of complaints and assisting in resolving complaints when and if they come through
  • Giving information to customers about services on phone or face to face
  • Entering customer information onto our computer database
  • Occasional placing and tracking of orders for supplies
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be directed by the manager.
