Wage: 12,000 per annum

Start date: 27/06/2022
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

About the role:

Carbon Rewind is a vibrant, fast growing energy efficiency company based in Watford.

We are expanding and looking to employ customer service account managers to support our operations team. The role will involve liaising with external lead generators and coordinating over the phone with new and existing customers from that account to arrange survey and installations appointments, handling inbound enquiries and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- excellent communication skills

- skills with microsoft office, pdf editing software and web interfaces

- attention to detail

- proactivity and ability to learn very quickly

- ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively

- a great attitude and positive energy

A strong track record in customer service is desirable.
