Customer Service Apprentice Level 2

Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Advertising (producing copy, placing adverts onto websites and publications)
- Conducting Candidate Searches on websites
- Proactive candidate sourcing including Head Hunting, Database, working referrals
- Creating Candidate Interview Forms
- Pitching Candidates to Consultants
- Response Handling
- Telephone Screening
- Lead Generation / referral to consultants
- Diary Management
- Researching
- Candidate feedback
- Candidate quality checks
- Sending out Interview confirmations
- Marketing : Preparation and sending Paper Mailshots Preparation and the Liaison with Consultant on Electronic Mailshots Liaising with Consultants on Telephone Mailshots
- Client Liaison and Commutation
- Attendance at Industry exhibitions and events
- Checking candidate availability
- Updating Database system
- Updating Personal Development Plan (PDP) and Work In Progress (WIP) sheets
- Update information on a number of company and personal Social Media sites (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter)
- Interviewing Candidates
- Pitching Clients to candidates
- Gaining Referrals
- Business Development of new accounts (after 1 month in the role)
- Booking Visits
- Taking Job specifications
- Matching Candidates to Client vacancies
- Client Priming
