You will complete a work based Customer Service NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification, which will last 12-16 months. Depending on previous qualifications you will also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.

Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for Customer Contact Agents to help grow our new training centre in Retford. We will offer the right candidate full support and training with truly uncapped commission and there is plenty of opportunity for career progression. Although experience in sales is preferred, having a determined, friendly and ambitious mindset is essential.

Responsibilities& duties

Working as a key member of our team you will be responsible for telephoning new prospects and introducing our services to them. You will also be responsible for repeat custom and managing our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Academic & trades qualifications

You must be computer literate with a good understanding of Social Media as customer contact will be established online as well as via the telephone.

Work experience& skills

·Experience in a sales environment would be preferred.

·A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours - 9.00 – 6.00 Monday-Thursday and 9.00 - 4.00 Friday

Salary - Apprenticeship salary of £3.50 per hour
