We've called the role Customer Service Planner (it's really called In-Day Scheduler), because we want people that want to provide great service to both internal and external customers.
"But I don't have any experience in scheduling!"
Well, not many people do. We can teach you the scheduling skills but you have to bring the positivity and desire to learn. We provide a full 4 week training package to give you the right tools to being your Anglian Water experience and support you as you learn and progress in the role.
What will you be doing?
The Asset Delivery Team plays a crucial role in planning and scheduling engineers to resolve issues with our Water Works and Water Recycling Centres. We are responsible for scheduling around 1 million engineering jobs each year.
You will be on a extended days contract with shifts varying from Monday - Sunday with a earliest start of 6.30am to a latest finish of 1030pm.
These shifts vary dependent on what team you placed in to.
