Framework and Level: Customer Service Practitioner – Level 2
Vacancy full description: We are looking for a customer service practitioner to deliver high quality products and servCustoices to the customers of the organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.
Pay/working Hours: £200 per week, 40 hours, Mon-Fri and some overtime as required
Expected duration of the apprenticeship: 12 monthsWe’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic person for a role in our customer service department.
