  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
  • Total hours per week: 40.00

Vacancy description

  • Reception and welcome of visitors and answering and/or directing queries
  • Attending to basic catering (tea/coffee/food) as required
  • Attending to phone calls and forwarding, as necessary
  • Handling incoming post and deliveries and the preparation and labelling of outgoing parcels
  • General office administration, including printing, copying and administrative assistance to staff
  • Assist in making orders and payments to suppliers and contractors
  • Preparation of Event Paperwork and resources
  • Assist in the managing of incoming emails and action or direct accordingly
  • General printing, scanning, and filing
  • Ordering of parts as requested, office stationery and supplies
  • Obtaining quotes and prices from suppliers as required
  • Process the incoming and outgoing daily post and parcels
  • Assist in the production of Expense Reports for team members
  • Assist management and team with administrative tasks
  • Laminating signage, maps and timetables and other documents
  • Binding paperwork booklets for the race team engineers, driver and team for race weekends, as well as preparation of the event boxes and resources
  • Sign keys in and out for vehicles to team members and truck drivers
  • Assist the Office Manager and Partners with administrative duties
