In this important role you will complete the efficient and effective investigation of data using various technologies and systems to make appropriate updates of customer's accounts in our SAP system.
What will you be doing?
The role holder will ensure our data is used effectively and correctly to understand a customers circumstances and making the appropriate updates to customer's accounts. This requires the use web based products and data entry in a performance lead environment. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently using your own initiative and the work you do will have a measurable impact on the business.
The role will involve telephone contact with customers, estate agents, property owners and other parts of the business so great communication and customer service skills are essential along with the ability to work in a target driven environment.
What do you need?
Ideally educated to GCSE level or equivalent, our candidate will have excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. Attention to detail, the ability to use your own initiative and problem solving are key. Ideally you will have good IT skills including Microsoft word and excel.
You will need to be confident on the telephone and happy to make calls as the most effective way of gathering information.

You will have a customer service focus as well as a high accuracy of data input and ability to prioritise your time effectively.
We are planning to interview for the role during the week commencing 28th January at our office in Huntingdon.
