Glasgow based dynamic financial start up business is currently seeking a Financial Sales Apprentice to join their current successful and ambitious financial team. This role will provide the successful candidate with several opportunities to learn different disciplines within this specialised financial sector. After successful completion of the first years apprenticeship the candidate will be offered the opportunity to further develop and gain industry specific qualifications paid by employer on a path best focused on your personal career plan. A growing and specialised financial services organisation with an ambitious growth business plan focusing on customer needs through offering a wide and varied portfolio or services. (Mortgages, Loan etc)

This business is growing at a rapid rate and are looking for a hungry and target driven individual who would like to get involved within the wider business covering Finance, Customer Psychology, Brokerage, Industry Regulations, Stakeholder Management, Customer Service, Sales and Account Administration.Working for Basik Money, you will be joining one of the newest team to be added to the organisation. This team have gone from strength to strength and have grown in headcount by 200% in a year. With such fast development, they are looking for an apprentice to support the team with their day to day role. This will include anything from emailing clients, updating CRM systems and managing client queries. Based in Glasgow City Cente, you will work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using Outlook to email insurance brochures and quotes from advisors to customers
  • Uploading all correspondence onto internal CRM system to maintain compliance standards
  • Customer communications via telephone, text, emails using the businesses CRM systems
  • Following up digital leads online and across social media platforms
  • Arranging call backs for advisors and scheduling in Outlook Calendars
  • Managing reports for team on ExcelAd hoc administrative duties
  • Updating records, completing paperwork, customer follow up, document management, database management
