An excellent opportunity has arisen within a young fast growing and expanding building maintenance firm for a Digital support apprentice.This is an excellent opportunity to work within an extremely successfully growing Law firm who invest in a lot of support and training in their workforce to gauge them long term career development. Future career progression into Legal route available once initial training is completed. On the job training on all systems and procedures will be provided as well as full support from our training partner QA.You will be working to obtain and SQCF 6 Diploma in Digital Applications support which also includes Microsoft PC passport training.


Key Responsibilities:

Managing outlook diaries

Managing company email in- box

Updating and managing contracts drop box

Updating and managing client files electronically

Maintain safe and secure client data information

Creating client letters through work

Updating excel databases

Other ad hoc duties such as answering phones when required.


Required Skills:

Attention to detail up-most importance

Good administration skills

Excellent communication skills to liaise with site team


Management/ Organization Skills.

Happy to work in a small team.


Additional Information:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GBP 5.50 per hour GBP 

Annual leave 20 days plus bank holidays
