At Essity we manufacture and sell products that are used every day, we break taboos and challenge convention, all with the intention of breaking down barriers to health and well-being globally.
We own and manufacture many leading brands. Cushelle toilet tissue, Plenty kitchen roll and TORK are three of our leading tissue brands, all manufactured in the UK for use in the home and industry.
About the role
It takes a lot of people to make one toilet roll and our engineers and technicians play a key role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing equipment to do just that.
Join Essity as an Electrical Engineering Apprentice at our Oakenholt site, Flint and you will have the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge to become a maintenance technician.
Our paper mill contains a vast array of machinery and equipment. Our paper machines are larger than a jumbo jet, and the machine speed is faster than the motorway speed limit. The site runs 24/7. Key to its success is the reliability of the machinery. Innovation and sustainability are important to us.
Our Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship is designed to create our engineers and technicians of the future – a great opportunity to launch your career.
