Being an apprentice at Microsoft

To support this job role, we are offering a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship for this 18 month programme. We use the to grow the critical skills that you need in this role. You will spend time away from your job training and growing your knowledge to bring back into your job and apply all you have learnt. You will complete work-based assignments on this programme and the modules of the programme are aligned to what you will be doing in your day to day job role.

EMEA Digital Stores Marketing Apprentice job role is to support the Digital Store go to market (GTM) team to create, drive and execut Marketing projects and programs at an Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) wide level, & support the sales and Marketing execution plans created by local and regional Online Store Managers and Merchandising teams.

Execute with a collaborative approach, & support the managing and executing of international e-commerce initiatives for devices and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support regional and local marketing plans for the FY across devices & digital products;
  • Partner with regional and HQ Microsoft Store online teams on targets, & execution plans
  • Track and manage a comprehensive marketing project calendar for the region
  • Publish and analyse sales and marketing performance reports
  • Capture feedback and make recommendations to improve program execution
  • Consolidate and document learning and best practices throughout the fiscal year
  • Provide access to resources, assets and content for Microsoft Store field

Entry Requirements

5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
