Job Description


This is a unique opportunity to join Hewlett Packard Enterprise enablement team. The Sales Enablement Project Support Apprentice is responsible for ensuring that the foundations are in place to provide reporting and communication across the business. Analysing organisational needs and providing the support to initiate and deliver key programs to address the needs of the business.

Responsibilities and duties


Reporting - Provide reporting to Sales Enablement Leads, Sales Managers and other internal requesters across a breadth of enablement programs.



  • Obtain reporting data via internal tools and build an appropriate framework of qualitative and quantitative data to analyse organisational needs.
  • Create reporting documentation utilizing MS applications, suitable for various levels of management.
  • Establish a reporting structure for new enablement programmes.

Consultancy – provide support and guidance for internal and external questions on Sales Enablement



  • Provide support and feedback on questions raised to the sales enablement team.
  • Proactively work on actions to address common questions / issues
  • Deliver presentations / communications at team meetings on Sales Enablement key programs and current status
  • Provide logistics planning and delivery support for Enablement Training programs

 


Project Governance & Support – Provide supporting activities for enablement leads on key programs and take responsibility to deliver smaller projects from initial requirement to delivery



  • Understand brief from enablement leads or internal stakeholders in order to set up and manage action plans/ timelines to deliver results
  • Analyse data to validate requirements and establish stakeholder feedback
  • Actively participate / set up a structure of project progress and review meetings
  • Ensure a monitoring and reporting cycle to track an assess progress and report completion

 


Stakeholder and communications management - Manage stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.



  • Communicate confidently with people at all levels, including senior management.
  • Build effective working relationships sales managers, peers and other internal functions in order to deliver strong business outcomes
  • Manage conflicts and negotiations. Communicate to a variety of different audiences. Contribute to negotiations relating to project objectives.

Entry Requirements


5 GCSEs (inc. English & Maths) at C Grade or above


 


Working week


9am–5:30pm, Monday-Friday
