Are you completing or have only completed your GCSE's, with little, to no work experience?

If you answered 'YES' , then you're on the right page and our Level 3 Construction programme could be your next step!

With this apprenticeship, you can complete a Level 3 qualification in Technical Construction, whilst working with our BAM Construction team!

This is a two-year Apprenticeship, which rotates you round different job roles, such as; Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Design and Planning. After completion of the Level 3 qualification, you will then move onto our Level 4 Construction Apprenticeship (lasting two years), which then follows onto the Level 6 (degree) in your chosen speciality, which lasts three years.

Early careers talent is really important to us here at BAM. We're looking for people with enthusiasm and initiative. You will love working in a team, learn quickly and have a passion for working in construction.


Due to the nature of this apprenticeship, it would suit school leavers from 16 years of age. You are only eligible to apply if:

•You have lived in the UK/EEA for a minimum of three years consecutively

•You have, or you are predicted GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths AND English (Grade C, GCSE Level 4 or above)

•You do not already hold a Level 3 qualification in the same subject

All Level 3 Technical Apprenticeships start annually, every autumn.
