As an Estate Planning Consultant your role will be to contact our potential clients to gain an interest in estate planning. All training provided, customer service or sales experience is not a requirement but would be preferred.
Here at Imperial Estate Planning we ensure all our advisors are fully trained to our company standards by our in-house Estate Planning Lawyers, who our qualified through the business school of will writing.
As an Estate Planning Consultant your role will be to contact our potential clients who have opted in to gain an interest in estate planning. It will be your role as a consultant to give impartial advice on why our client would need a will, this is done via a short fact find to determine if/how we can be of assistance. Once you've gained the clients interest, it will be your duty to book an appointment with the client to speak to one of our highly experienced senior will writers and take advantage of our free will writing advice.
Everyone will start as a lead generator, their role is to contact potential clients via telephone to inform them of the benefits of having a will in place, and secure an appointment for the client to speak to one of our senior will writers. There will be opportunities to earn cash incentives in this role. All of our lead generators will go through full training until they're qualified to give advice on will writing. As soon as they have passed there qualification they will be promoted to give impartial advice on will writing.
Whats expected from the employee:
High level of ambition, hard working, enthusiastic and diligent. As a lead generator you will be expected to book around 10 appointments a day, this should convert at 1 sale per day. We also reward our staff with uncapped commission, the harder you work the more you earn.
Commission: (Paid Weekly)
£0 per sale 0-5 (When you hit 5 sales you receive £25)
£7.50 per sale 6-10
£10.00 per sale 11+
Our office hours are Mon-Thurs 10am-6pm Fri: 10am-4pm
We have 2 x 15 minutes breaks and 1 hour for lunch
Dress code is business wear: Shirt, trousers, tie (optional), shoes, skirt, blouse.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grades C/4 and above including English & Mathmatics
