Burness Paull are looking for a Finance Administration apprentice to join the team, You will ideally have some administration experience. You will gain an apprenticeship in Business Administration

Assisting the credit control team in providing copy invoices to clients and updating our records for remittance notes received.

Performing daily credit control workflow including printing of collection letters

Maintaining client and fee earner records including address changes

Processing WIP and matter transfer requests WIP write offs Providing general administration support as required

Maintaining client billing groups The role will be shared with another Finance administration assistant and split between credit control and database admin support on a rota basis

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

A proactive individual, with ability to work under tight deadlines

Previous experience in a high volume environment advantageous but not essential

Additional Information:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Up to £18,000 depending on experienceImportant Information
