Real Time Training was established in 2003 to address the challenges faced by long term unemployed people and to provide support in getting them back to work. This is an office based apprentice position within a busy head office finance department. You will ultimately report to the Finance Manager and daily duties will include but are not limited to the following; Group petty cash reconciliations Raising and processing of cheque and credit card payments as necessary Checking and matching receipts to employee expenses and testing data for accuracy Adhoc operational duties and costing exercises as required Fielding incoming finance telephone calls Filing, creating letters, photocopying, scanning and other general administrative duties Distributing and arranging post, both incoming and outgoing As well as providing support and assistance to our directors, senior members of staff and other visitors and adhering to any specified other rota duties Please note previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to suit individual requirements With a network of learning centres across the country, we make training and skills personal to you.
