Apprenticeship: Financial Services Level 2 Apprenticeship

Employer: Mattioli Woods

Salary/Hours: £5.33ph – 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Location: Newmarket

 

The Role

Are you looking for an exciting, challenging and rewarding apprenticeship in financial services? If so, Mattioli Woods has the perfect opportunity for you. The apprentice will offer support to all members of staff including directors, Wealth management consultants, practice managers and marketing manager.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing client packs for meetings
  • Incoming and outgoing calls
  • Filing, scanning and faxing
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Making client refreshments etc.
  • Maintain diary systems
  • Sort all incoming post
  • Maintain and update systems
  • Support seminar planning, marketing etc.

 

The Person

This role requires an enthusiastic individual who has great It skills with knowledge in Microsoft packages. You must also work well within a team, be motivated and organised on a daily basis.

For this level 2 apprenticeship, requirements include a minimum of grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English. An attention to detail, friendly and approachable person is favoured.

 

The Reward

This is a 12-month apprenticeship paying weekly wages of £5.33ph, where you will achieve level 2 in Financial Services Apprenticeship with Functional skills also available in English and Maths if required.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the right individual on full time.
