Our client has over 30 years'experience providing IT Services in the London area and aims to provide first-class computer support;they help businesses with day-to-day computer help, Network Services, IT support, project management and cloud services. From new server installations to individual desktops and laptops - including MAC.

Job specification:

Job Description

This role will involve predominantly dealing with first line support for our clients, including:

  • Dealing with issues remotely from our office
  • Reinstalling computers
  • Monitoring our client networks for potential problems


Role/Responsibilities
  • Monitoring data backups or errors
  • Reinstalling hardware and software
  • Documenting Processes
  • Logging Tickets from clients
  • PC and MAC troubleshooting, Software installations, Peripheral installations &troubleshooting, Basic server administration, Network and Backup monitoring, Remote IT Support, Onsite Shadowing of Senior Engineers, Project Work such as Office moves and server installations

Desired Qualifications

3 x GCSE ( or equivalent)at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths ( or equivalents)at grade D or above



Working Week

37.5hrs per week

9am-5: 30pm, Monday-Friday [will be confirmed with the employer]
