Food and Beverage Apprentice needed for the luxurious Carlyon Bay Hotel part of the Brend Hotels Group

Working Week:

40 hours per week including evenings and weekends

Detailed Job Description:

The job role will include:

Serving food
Setting up and clearing areas of table service
Dealing with customer enquiries
Complaints and special needs
Taking orders and payments
Learning all aspects of bar service
Wines and cellar work to include line cleaning, cellar operating procedures and deliveries

Skills Required:

Great customer service skills
Works well as part of a team
A desire to progress within the hospitality industry

Personal Qualities:

A good thinker
Excellent levels of self-presentation

Other Information:

This role will require late evening and holiday working. Also this is an active role which will require you to be on your feet most of your shift.
