We are looking for a enthusiastic person to join our team at Galvin Restaurants as a commis chef apprentice
Mon- Sun 5 out of 7 days.
Detailed Job Description:
Work along head chef and team producing high quality fresh food in our pub de luxe.
Main duties will include:
Keeping work stations tidy and hygienic
Prepping food and ingredients before service
Working alongside your colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Cooking and preparing all aspects of the meals during service
Working alongside your head chef to ensure all orders are fulfilled
Ability to work under pressure
Willing to learn
A strong interest in food and the hospitality industry ,
God organisational skill
Motivated to succeed within the apprenticeship and your career
You will be working in a hot and busy kitchen
You will be working to a rota which may include weekends and evenings which will affect your social life
