If you would like to go on a Frontier project and are ready to organise a group of friends to go with you, our Group Leaders Program could be perfect for you. As a group leader, you could earn your placement for free, and even have your flight costs paid for you. A successful placement as a group leader also looks great on your CV, and demonstrates organisation, commitment and drive.
To qualify as a group leader and receive your placement for free, you would need to find five or more friends who want to join you on the same Frontier project for the same length of time. You would then act as a point of contact, introducing your group mates to Frontier and helping them with preparations for your group placement. If you get another ten people for your group, we will also pay for your flights!*
Going away on a Frontier project is always a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but participating with a group of friends creates a shared experience which none of you will forget.
The Group Leaders Program is popular among university students but is open to groups with any range of ages and backgrounds (although minimum ages still apply). To apply as a group leader, or for more information, visit our site and use the orange the 'Apply Now" button. Fill out our short application form and one of our volunteer advisors will call you right back to get you started. You don't need to be sure of which project you want to go on at this point as our advisors can help you decide.Sign-up or log in to apply
