We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join our Service Delivery team to provide in house technical support for all our users across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for supporting Windows and Apple based hardware and software and troubleshooting issues face to face as well as remotely. All the while you will be sharing your technical knowledge, developing great relationships with innocent staff across the whole business, and keeping the IT helpdesk the heart of the company.

As part of the Service Delivery team you must love helping people and interacting with end users. You’ll speak with users face to face, on the phone, and via Skype/Teams. It would be great if you can bring bags of enthusiasm for IT to this role. 

You'll have an inquisitive nature and will want to get stuck into all of the different systems that support our business. It’s a fast-paced environment here and you'll be using your Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory knowledge. 

Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you find solutions for our users’ tricky IT problems, finding the root cause of the issue and tackling those challenges with a positive attitude. You’ll be able to translate those complex problems into solutions and explain them in a simple way, so we can all understand. 

And to really tip the scales in your favour you’ll have great attention to detail, to ensure nothing is missed and our tickets are solved quickly.
