Our Hospitality Assistant/ Supervisor apprenticeship programmes are designed to attract and develop future leaders. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are keen to learn and develop their skills in a hands-on environment.
You will have real duties from early on in your career and the opportunity to learn something new every day. As a trusted member of the team you will support your colleagues to run the kitchen effectively, whilst developing skills in an extremely varied environment, alongside a team of motivated people who will support you. You will gain experience in all activities from preparing meals and nutrition, to health and safety regulation.
Alongside your day to day role on site you will also ‘earn while you learn’ by completing a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship or a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship. All study is fully funded, and you will be paid a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, supported by a mentor as well as your line manager.

During the duration of the programme you are gaining experience and relevant qualifications in operational aspects of our business alongside distance learning delivered by Paragon Skills.

- You must be willing to commit to the full duration of the programme (12 months)
