Duties: 

  • Receiving and organising food deliveries and storage
  • Food preparation and cooking (varied and will progress throughout the apprenticeship)
  • Cleaning duties (during preparation, service and close)
  • Using varied resources and technology within a kitchen environment to expand knowledge and skills development
  • Food safety practices and recording e.g. temperature recording, cleaning schedules

Weekly wage: £182.00 - £348.80

Working week:  Variable shifts including evening and weekends.

Total hours per week: 40.00

Expected duration: 18 months

Possible start date: 01 November 2020
