About the role
We have a HR Admin Support opportunity within our Shared Services team, you’ll provide support to the wider HR team and the business. You will also have a fantastic opportunity to gain a Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administration qualification as well as some focussed HR training.
Our Human Resources function and the Shared Services Team provide crucial a crucial service as without the best people, we can’t provide our best clean, fresh running water.
You’ll have knowledge and experience of administration, use of IT systems and Microsoft packages, good numeracy skills and attention to detail. We’ll also give you the training and support you need to develop skills and awareness of employment legislation, use of HR systems and managing multiple activities at once.
You will have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to provide great customer service. In addition, you’ll have a strong desire to learn.
