As an apprentice your role will be to provide business administration support to the talent team whilst supporting learning & development programmes and wellness initiatives. In additional to your key responsibilities, FHF will support you through a 12-month Business Administration Apprenticeship providing on the job coaching throughout.

Salary- competitive 

While no two days are ever the same, you'll be involved in a mix of the following:

Business Administration and recruitment support

  • Maintain all UK personnel files (electronic and hard files), including setting up new files for joiners, archiving leavers, weekly hard copy filing
  • Support the team with immigration audits and maintain migrant worker hard copy files
  • Prepare draft letters for probation confirmation, references, sabbaticals, offer letters and contracts.
  • Maintain team trackers for all temporary and freelance contractors and support the recruiter to ensure contracts are issued in a timely manner
  • Financials - budget tracking and raising POs
  • Support other ad hoc projects as appropriate

Learning and Development

  • Support the team with training co-ordination for the FUSE and Strengthscope programmes. This includes:
    • Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering requirements
    • Co-ordinating training session invitations and delegate lists
    • Supporting training room set-up and preparing session materials

Wellbeing

  • Support the coordination of the monthly BOOST wellness days; booking meeting rooms, coordinating catering requirements, on the day support
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm logistical requirements as needed

About you...

While this is an entry level role we're looking for people that can demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Eager to learn, grow and develop
  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to develop great working relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel and HRIS systems an advantage
