For over three centuries the Lloyd’s market has been providing the complex and specialist insurance cover needed to empower human progress. Originally created to insure shipping ventures, Lloyd’s has provided insurance protection for arctic explorers, aid organisations and space missions as well as current risks such as cyber and terrorism. And we do this by having the very best people.
On our HR Apprenticeship programme, you’ll be learning exactly what it takes to attract and retain great talent. Throughout your 15 months with us, you’ll gain a 360° perspective of how varied and exciting working in our HR area can be.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a real part of our HR team who help Lloyd’s stay ahead of the game. As this programme is on a rotational basis, you’ll enjoy great variety during the 15 months you’re here. That means you could find yourself working within Recruitment and Talent Development to support learning programmes first and then in Diversity & Inclusion getting involved in our market-wide events next.

This Apprenticeship programme will empower you to get your career off to a flying start. Everything is geared towards helping you to achieve your best.
