Our Wholesale Services team in Lincoln operates at the heart of the business.
We are recruiting for Contact Centre Agents to join the team on a full time basis on our 06:00 to 23:00 working window. As the operational "shop window" of Anglian Water we have a critical role to play in handling customers' calls and emails when they need help and advice regarding our Water and Water Recycling services.
What will you be doing?
By joining our team you will help our customers by taking telephone enquiries in a way that is positive, friendly, flexible, accurate and empathetic.
You will get the best outcome for the customer every time, so flexibility and the ability to listen and understand the customer's needs is essential.
You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of front-line customer service and join us in our aim to achieve 100% very satisfied customers.
What do you need?
Ideally educated to GCSE or equivalent, you should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and interrogate information and data within our systems using your strong IT skills.
From your proven experience in providing excellent customer services, you will have the ability to communicate on all levels, displaying a confident and focussed attitude towards your workload. You will be self-motivated and driven to do your best at all times and show a willingness to continue to learn and develop in your role.
